In his favorite car, Arthur goes to Cindy's apartment, a Mexican-Turkish girl who has been his girlfriend for almost a year. Cindy lives alone in Canada because both her parents live in Turkey, both parents Cindy is a world-class clothing entrepreneur who is worn by top models no wonder if her life is filled with treasures abundant with all luxury facilities.

Cindy has loved Arthur ever since she first saw him on campus, but it took her a long time to get Arthur's heart. Until finally he was able to establish a relationship with Arthur after making an approach for almost eight months, although now their relationship is over because of his impatience to face Arthur who is still sad after the death of the caregiver who is considered his own mother.

"Have you eaten?" arthur asked softly as he reached Cindy's luxury apartment.

"Not yet." replied Cindy softly with teary eyes.

"Why?" asked Arthur in a high tone.

"My mouth is bitter .... I can't swallow it feels my throat hurts." replied Cindy again.

Hearing Cindy's words made Arthur speechless, he then noticed Cindy's face that did look paler than before. Even Cindy's lips look chapped quickly Arthur walked towards the pantry to take drinking water, he then gave the water he had poured into a glass to Cindy.

"Recide.!!" Arthur was soft.

"My throat hurts Arthur." Cindy replied stammered, she refused the glass Arthur gave her back.

"Is that sick? how long have you been like this ?" arthur asked quietly while putting down the glass Cindy gave him.

"It's been three days, I think it's just a flu. But the longer my throat gets more incomfortable." replied Cindy.

Without asking for Cindy's approval, Arthur then walks open Cindy's closet to find a jacket that he will wear to Cindy who is still lying in bed. After helping Cindy put on Arthur's jacket, she then pulled him out of the apartment and onto Cindy's private elevator, which connected to the basement.

"Where are we going Arthur?" ask Cindy slowly when she sets her up to help her wear her seatbelt.

"Hospital, you need a doctor not me." replied Arthur briefly

"But Arthur I...

"Silent Cindy, you need medical treatment right now don't be stubborn!!" arthur said coldly cutting off Cindy's words.

Hearing Arthur's words immediately made Cindy speechless, she did not dare to fight the words of her former lover who was beside her. During a year of relationship with Arthur he little understand some of the nature of Arthur, one of which does not like to be denied, therefore Cindy chose to be silent even though she actually did not like to go to the hospital.

After twenty minutes of driving Arthur finally arrived at the hospital which was not far from Cindy's apartment, when she stopped at the hospital lobby a few sisters immediately came to him. They help Arthur get Cindy into a wheelchair.

"Please get her to the IGD room as soon as possible" Arthur asked a nun who was pushing Cindy's wheelchair.

"Where are you going Arthur?" ask Cindy quickly when she realizes Arthur is not with her.

Cindy nodded her head slowly at Arthur's words, her strength was now completely exhausted from arguing though. After making sure Cindy was taken by the sisters to Arthur's IGD room then walked to her car which was still stopped in front of the lobby, he then took his car to a VIP parking lot in front of the hospital.

As she opened the door to the IGD room, it opened from the inside and two sisters pushed out a bed where Cindy lay unconscious, seeing Cindy's condition that immediately changed made Arthur a little panic he then followed the two sisters to the ICU room where Cindy would be treated.

"What happened sister? was he okay when I brought him here?" ask Arthur quietly to the nurse who just came out of the ICU room.

"The patient has a chronic acid reflux disease, which is why he needs serious treatment at this time sir" replied the nurse gently with a smile trying to calm Arthur down.

"Acid disease can be serious?" arthur asked confusedly.

"Of course, sir, acid reflux disease is not a disease that can be taken lightly. This disease can cause respiratory disorders and many other diseases, therefore patients need treatment that is quite serious." replied a doctor who had just come after being called by the nurse to help Cindy.

Listening to the doctor's explanation made Arthur speechless, he then sat in a chair in front of the ICU room waiting for the doctor to save Cindy. While waiting for Cindy suddenly the phone in Cindy's jacket vibrates, she grabs the phone and sees who called Cindy's father.

"Cindy...

"Hallo uncle" said Arthur politely to answer the words of Mr. Oguz Cindy's father.

"Arthur is that you? " asked Mr. Oguz quickly, he managed to recognize Arthur's voice.

"Yes uncle its me." replied Arthur briefly.

"Where is Cindy, she hasn't called us in two days. Her mother was worried about her." said Mr. Oguz looking for Cindy.

Hearing the words of Cindy's father makes Arthur speechless, he then tells the true situation that has happened to Cindy. Cindy's parents were shocked by their panicked voices on the other end of the phone.

"Please take care of Cindy until we come, son Arthur, we'll be flying to Canada in an hour. So please son Arthur stay by his side as long as we don't get to Canada" Mr Oguz said with a trembling voice hanging up.

Arthur let out a long sigh while hanging up the phone with Mr. Oguz, Cindy was the only daughter of Mr. Oguz therefore he was very affectionate and pampering Cindy. No wonder when hearing the news of Cindy getting sick they became very worried, Arthur was actually lazy to meet Cindy's parents because when he and Cindy had only been dating for two months Mr. Oguz had asked her to propose to Cindy. It immediately makes Arthur confused and surprised because he is not so serious in a relationship with Cindy.

"If I had met his father here alone, maybe I would have been asked to marry Cindy again" Arthur said in his heart recalling his meeting with Mr. Oguz a few months ago.

While in a dilemma suddenly Cindy's phone rings again, she was shocked when she saw Harold's name appear on Cindy's phone screen. Harold is one of their college friends who has been chasing Cindy for a long time, even when he and Cindy are dating Harold still won't give up. Suddenly a smile on Arthur's face, he then picked up Harold's phone and engaged in a conversation quite seriously for a few minutes until finally Arthur smiled triumphantly.

"I'm sorry Cindy, I don't want to get married so soon. After all, there are a lot of things I still want to do.I'm sorry, Cindy." said Arthur slowly while stepping on his gas car quickly left the hospital.
