Just as Giska spent more time in the hospital during Zavia's treatment, Renaga did too. The difference is, the man will always be on the side of Zavia replacing Mikhayla or Azkara who took turns to look after him.

"Tomorrow," replied Renaga taking off his jacket, it seems that Zavia does not know if Renaga sleeps in the hospital to take care of him.
