At the same time, Sarah walks towards the room where Blue is being cared for. He saw Blue lying on the bed. He walked over to Blue and cried.

Blue seemed to be silent as she looked at Sarah.

"Sarah, why are you here and why are you crying?" Ask Blue.

Sarah hugged Blue tightly.

"Basar you stupid girl. You surprise me. I called you a few times and a nurse told me you were in the hospital. He said that you passed out at the cafe. I told you not to stress over Dylan. Just let him go and I also tell you to eat on time and look now, why did you make yourself like this?" Said Sarah.

Blue was touched to see Sarah's attention to her. Sarah is one of Blue's best friends besides Ruby who cares a lot about her. Blue then rubbed Sarah's back. His eyes themselves looked red.

"Sarah, thank you. You always cared about me. You see I'm fine now. I was just a little tired and fainted. I promise you that I will take good care of myself." Blue Reply.

Sarah let go of her embrace on Blue. They wiped their tears together and laughed together. They see each other and only their hearts know that they love each other.

Moments later, the doctor came and said that the preparations to do the test on Blue were ready. Blue was brought into the test room.

Sarah asks why Blue should have a medical exam. Blue also assures Sarah that everything is normal to do where patients who faint have to do the test because doctors are afraid the patient's head will hit something when they fall.

Sarah nodded and followed Blue to the test room. He waited outside the examination room.

Inside the examination room, Blue asked the doctor to keep the results of the examination confidential. She didn't want Sarah to be worried. Blue then asks the doctor to tell Sarah that she is fine.

Blue also wanted to be discharged from the hospital immediately after the test. He will be there again tomorrow to hear the results of the examination from the doctor.

Doctors agree because this is the desire of the patient which is a personal thing for the patient himself.

After the test was completed, Blue came out of the hospital with Sarah. The two of them went to dinner.

That night Blue stayed at Sarah's. Sarah's parents treated Blue like their own child. Blue felt the warmth in her heart when she was in Sarah's family.

Dylan calls Blue and says he has to stay the night, and he'll be back the day after tomorrow because of his job. Blue simply replied to Dylan with a reply 'okay.'

The next day Blue rushed to the hospital after the doctor called her. Blue asks one day's permission not to go to work.

When Blue arrives at the hospital, the doctor explains to Blue about the situation. Blue's face turned pale and his legs felt limp.

That's why Blue often has headaches. The doctor told Blue to start treatment and also perform surgery.

As Blue walked out, she held onto the paper and looked at the results of the examination she had done yesterday and her heart was in pain. His life is so sad.

Blue still hasn't found her biological parents and now she's got a tumor inside her head. He knew that treatment and surgery required a lot of money.

'But where can I get that kind of money?' think Blue.

If he doesn't do the treatment right away, he knows that it's likely he won't live much longer.

Blue wiped her tears as suddenly someone called out to her. Blue quickly stuffed the paper in his bag and turned around.

He saw Zayn running towards him. When Zayn got to his side, Blue smiled at him.

"the blue? What are you doing here? Are you all right?" Ask Zayn.

Blue smile.

Zayn just nodded. But he saw Blue eyes that looked sad. He knew if Blue wouldn't tell him about the problem. So he didn't want to force Blue to say anything to him anymore.

Zayn then asked the bureau where he was going, Blue fan said that he wanted to go back to his apartment. Zayn offers to take Blue home.

When he arrived home, Blue kept the paper in a box and put it under his clothes. Blue didn't want Dylan to find the paper.

Blue stood beside the window and thought about his life. He opened his photo album and saw a photo of his adoptive parents.

"Mama... Papa, maybe we'll meet soon." Blue said crying and then falling asleep for 3 hours.

When Blue woke up, she saw a message from Dylan.

Dylan said he had arrived at the airport and asked where Blue was.

Blue replies to Dylan's message and says that he is in his own apartment. Dylan says he will arrive at Blue's apartment soon.

Blue then quickly went to take a shower and put on makeup on her face to cover her face that had seemed to swell from crying since earlier.

Blue decided to enjoy the rest of her life with a smile. Whatever will happen, he will accept it with happiness.

Although he could not do the treatment in the hospital, but he was also grateful to accept all his destiny.

Blue's main goal now is to find her biological parents. He wanted to see them one last time.

Blue remembers Zoya.

Zoya says that she is her childhood friend. Maybe Zoya knows who Blue's parents are. So Blue decides that she should call Zoya tomorrow.

Thinking about it Blue's face became cheerful and there was a smile on her lips.

As he walked out of the bathroom, he saw Dylan standing beside the window. Dylan turned around and opened both of his hands. Blue walked over to Dylan and hugged Dylan.

Blue tears fall. Dylan looked towards Blue and kissed Blue's forehead then wiped his tears.

"Did you miss me so much?" Ask Dylan flirting.

Blue nodded. He then released his embrace from Dylan and tiptoed. He pulled Dylan's head down and kissed Dylan.

Seeing that, Dylan smiled. She hugged Blue tightly and deepened their kiss.

The blue tears kept flowing. Dylan touched Blue's cheek and wiped his tears. Dylan felt something strange. He then let go of his embrace and looked towards Blue's face. He asked Blue.

"What's up, baby? What the hell is wrong with you? Why are you crying? Why do your tears keep coming down?" Ask Dylan.

Blue buried her face in Dylan's chest and hugged Dylan very tightly.

"I just miss you so much." Blue Vocabulary.

"I miss you too Blue." Reply Dylan while rubbing Blue hair.

"I love you Dylan." Blue again.

"I love you too. Stop crying okay. You'll be ugly if you don't stop crying. I'm here now. I'll be with you." Reply Dylan.
