45. Ask for Restu
This morning Cenzo kept his promise to come to Nara's parents' house asking for her blessing to marry her son.
Cenzo deliberately came early in the morning because Nara had told him that his parents would leave for the canteen at 8am so Cenzo left there at 7am.
When Cenzo gets there, Nara's parents are having breakfast together before leaving for the office.
"Good morning" said Cenzo greeting the two of them.
Sam and Yura immediately turned their eyes towards Cenzo. As soon as they saw Cenzo, they both stood up.
"Morning" replied papa Nara with a confused look on her face.
"Sorry to interrupt your time this morning because there is something important I want to talk about" Cenzo said.
Cenzo's position is currently standing in front of the dining table where papa and mama Nara are having breakfast. Cenzo went inside when one of the maids at Nara's parents said the ladies and gentlemen were having breakfast.
Papa Nara immediately took Cenzo to his study on the top floor.
"Sit down sir" Papa Nara said as they reached the room.
Cenzo immediately sat down and soon Nara's mother came to bring drinks for Cenzo.
"What do you want to talk about Mr. Vincenzo" asked Papa Nara
"Alright I don't want to waste time, so I'll get straight to the point. I will marry Nara soon. I've come here to ask for both of you're blessings"
Both of Nara's parents were immediately shocked to hear Cenzo's words. Honestly Papa Nara is not willing if his daughter must marry a widower.
"I object" said Mama Nara
"The reason" asked Cenzo casually as he drank his tea
"Because you're a widower. Does my daughter know you're a widower?" Mama Nara said with a bit of nervousness
"My daughter. Haha.... Since when do you admit she's your daughter, the daughter you abandoned"
Cenzo said that successfully provoked the emotions of Mama Nara.
"She is my daughter. I gave birth to her. I didn't abandon her, Nara I gave her a lot of money all this time even though I wasn't around but my money was nearby"
Cenzo is inexhaustible with parents who have such thoughts. He thought love could be bought with money.
"The proof is that despite your money, Nara is always lonely" Cenzo said
"Basic jerk" Shouted mama Nara
"Have stopped. You come out Yura. You're just making a fuss" said papa Nara and dragged Mama Nara out of her study.
Cenzo just looked at it with a cynical look.
Papa Nara sat back down and began to speak seriously.
"So you mean, you'll marry Nara that way" he asked Cenzo
"really. You agree whether I will marry Nara" Cenzo said.
Papa Nara can't dwell on hearing that anymore. He knows Cenzo can do anything if Sam goes against his will. If Cenzo destroys his company it'll drive Sam crazy. It's better for Sam to sacrifice his son than for his company to be destroyed.
"All right, just do as you please. You can tell me if you've set the date" Papa Nara said
"alright. Then I say goodbye" Cenzo went straight from the room and will go straight to his office.
