The morning air felt so refreshing for Alula who was watering roses in her yard. The sound of the cries of the children of the orphanage who were playing in the field, sounded so carefree. Alula took a deep breath, then reviewed the smile, feeling grateful and happy for what she had just gotten. Yes, after so many years, he was finally able to sleep comfortably with his two sons.
In the past, he had accidentally seen Shaka with Mama Indri in a Mall, he tried to hold back his desire to meet and hug Shaka. I don't know why, it feels still unable to meet the Sanjaya family even though he actually misses Mama Indri very much. He was not angry, he was only disappointed by the circumstances that forced him to go away.
Alula was still standing while watering her flowers, with her mind still languishing at the events of a few years ago. Until he did not realize the arrival of a car that entered the parking lot not far from where he stood.
"Alula?" the voice of a woman made Alula look up, she immediately set her eyes on the one who called out to her.
"Ma–Mama," said Alula. He was fixated, staring at the two people who were currently standing not far from him. Also Mirza, who just got out of her car.
Mama Indri walked up to Alula, her eyes unchanged, still soft. His eyes flashed a deep longing. Seemed a clear liquid began to fertilize in his eyes, then he hugged Alula so tightly.
"Where are you, baby? where the hell did you go? why did you leave?" Mama Indri asked Alula a lot of questions. "You're all right, right?" continued.
Alula nodded, "Lula is good, Ma–maafin Lula Ma," Alula replied to Mama Indri's embrace.
"Mama kangen at all you son," said Mama Indri with tears coming out more and more. Likewise with Alula, she cried sobbing in the arms of Mama Indri. It was like rediscovering a mother's embrace.
"Lula misses Mama too."
Mama Indri let go of her embrace, then summarized Alula's face "How are you?"
"Okay, Lula's good Ma. Mama's good too, right?"
Mama Hugged Alula. "Good mom."
After the cry of the two subsided a little, Alulapun approached Pa Sanjaya, intending to grab her hand. But unexpectedly, Pa Sanjaya actually brought Alula into the arms.
"How are you doing, son?" ask her in a soft voice but sound resolute.
"Well, I'm good Pa." replied Alula who was so nervous, she felt happy Mama Indri and Pa Sanjaya were still so good to her. But, he doubted whether they would still behave like this if they knew the true circumstances.
The haru atmosphere was distracted when the sound of a small child screaming in the doorway of the house was heard.
"Omaaa," Shaka shouted as he waved his hand. Beside him stood Shaki with a curious face, because he wanted to see the figure of Oma and Opa that Shaka always told.
"Sha–ka," Mama Indri was astonished to see two small children with the same face there.
"Well, how are there two? Pa, Mama does not mabok vehicle really, but why does Mama's vision feel hazy gini huh? Shaka so there's two."
"Mama didn't look wrong" replied Pa Sanjaya.
"Mirza, what does this mean?" pa Sanjaya asked in a firm voice to Mirza who had been silent since, watching the meeting between her parents and the woman she loved.
"Lu–Lula can clear everything Ma, we go in first!" bring Alula. Then he took Mama Indri to enter the house with a face that was still wondering, followed by Pa Sanjaya and Mirza.
"Oma, Opa Shaka kangen deh, look Shaka has a twin, he's just like Shaka." Shaka said as Oma and Opanya got to the door.
"I–iya is the same, at all," replied Mama Indri with stammering.
"Shaka, Opa has a gift for Shaka to take well."
"Yeay, make Shaki too, right Opa?" Pa Sanjaya replied with a nod.
"Yeay, come on Shaki, let's have a look at the souvenirs from Opa," Shaka asked his twin sister. Shaki was still speechless, he was confused as to what to do.
"Let's go, follow Shaka yah!" exclaims Pa Sanjaya, then then rubs Shaki's head. The boy complied, then followed Shaka to the room with a few bags of pollybags.
"Say, what's going on? why does Shaka have a twin brother?" asked Mama Indri when everyone was sitting in a chair in the living room.
Yesterday, Mirza only told her that she had found Alula, so Mama Indri and Pa Sanjaya accelerated their return. Mirza also said that Shaka was staying with Alula, but she did not say anything about her twin.
"That–," Alula replied nervously.
"Let me tell you about Shaka and Shaki" Mirza said.
"Ma, Pa, Shaka and Shaki are twin sisters" Mirza said, staring at her parents in turn. "Then, Gweny adopted Mirza's own biological son" he continued.
"What?" mama Indri's voice was slightly raised.
"What does Mirza mean?" pa Sanjaya asked, with a fairly firm tone.
"Shaka and Shaki are Emir and Alula's children." A single tear began to drench the white cheek. Mirza looked at Alula who was sitting beside Mama Indri with regret.
"Before marrying Gweny, Emir accidentally saw Alula as another guy. At that time the Emir was angry, the Emir was jealous of the guy, and the Emir did something he didn't deserve."
"Astaghfirullahaladzim" cried Mama Indri.
"So you impregnated Alula?"
"Have you figured out you were wrong, then why did you marry Gweny instead?"
"Emir confused Pa, Emir can not think long. The Emir also did not know where Alula lived at the time. And the Emir also could not deny the Emir's promise with Om Handoko. Moreover, the Emir does not want to make Papa disappointed."
"Oh my God...."
"I'm sorry Mama's stupid son is yes." Mama Hugged Alula.
"Everything has happened Ma, Lula has forgiven Brother" Alula said as she rubbed her wet cheek. "I'm sorry, for Lula's decision to leave and disappear from you."
"Definitely hard yeah, facing everything alone?"
"Weight, but Mama saw it, right? Lula can handle everything."
"Mama believe, you're a strong woman. But the fool is wrong." Mama Indri is upset with Mirza.
"Where's Abhi?"
"Dad is going to therapy, soon to be home."
"Therapy?" ask Pa Sanjaya with from the shriveled ones.
"Since I knew Lula's situation back then, Dad was in shock. Dad can't talk because of a stroke, neither can his leg be moved."
"Astaghfirullahaladzim."
"But now, you can talk normally, it's just that you can't walk properly."
"I have to apologize to him, too big a mistake made by this stupid kid." Mirza just kept quiet, she knew she was making too many mistakes.
Before long Abhi's father returned from the hospital with one caretaker who drove him and Ms Indah who always went to the hospital when the therapy was done.
"Abhis."
"Abhi" said Mama Indri and Pa Sanjaya simultaneously.
"Pa Sanjaya, Indri's mother? since when is it here?"
"It hasn't been long, yet" replied Pa Sanjaya. Suddenly he knelt on his knees to align himself with Abhi's father who was sitting in a wheelchair. "Abhi, I've heard it all. The truth about Shaka and Shaki, also about you. I really don't know how to apologize to you."
"Oh, it's all over. No need to do this." Abhi's father holds both shoulders of Pa Sanjaya, intending to have her stand up.
"If only–"
"No need to talk about the past. I've forgotten everything."
"Why is your heart so good Abhi" said Mama Indri.
That day, everyone gathered in the living room, including Shaka and Shaki who had been busy with new toys, souvenirs from the Opa.
Pa Sanjaya, Mama Indri, Abhi's father and Ibu Indah were busy chatting while joking with Shaka and Shaki. Alula was not far from them.
"Why?" mirza asked when she saw Alula's gaze on her two children.
"I was overwhelmed, I didn't think that everything could come together like this."
"Are you going too, we're gathering in one more house?"
"I mean Brother?" Alula looked, the two eyes looking at each other.
"Do you want to live with me? so that we can both raise our children," said Mirza, he stared into both of Alula's beautiful beads.
"I– I don't know" said Alula, turning her eyes to everyone laughing in the living room.
