Chapter 13 - Will you marry me, Ivy?

Zach pacing back and forth in front of Micah and Mason's room. He knew, in there, Ivyanne was putting two wolf boys to sleep who had been troublemaking and draining Ivyanne all day.

Not only the girl, Zach was made up in the fog, as if they had conspired with Ivana to keep Zach close to Ivyanne.

Unfortunately, the girl did not seem to be interested in the man whose age range was too far with her. Drake is a man he thinks is fit and fit to be a companion.

“Listen to me! You can't act like that anymore! I'm really tired of looking for you guys to and fro. Especially when you tie my shoelaces and your father's shoes, it's not polite!” vyanne's nagging at the two boys who just blinked and laughed because they didn't understand Ivyanne's words.

Or maybe even they actually understood, it was just that their innocent demeanor managed to deceive a girl like Ivyanne.

And Ivyanne, who remembered the incident that afternoon, had her heart turned out of order. It's totally beyond belief.

Ivyanne knew that Zach had been out since. However, he did not want to get out of the twins' room unless the two babies were already asleep. It was clearly in Ivyanne's mind. And somehow at first, the baby who had not even looked sleepy was now so sound inside. Their box bed.

“I can't believe you guys can fall asleep this fast. Comeup! You can't lie to me, Micah! Mason, wake!”

Ivyanne repeatedly poked each baby's cheeks, but there was no response at all which meant that the two had indeed ventured into dreamland.

“Alright, I let you make a troublemaker in the dreamland. Sleep tight, buddies!”

Ivyanne then opened the door and found Zach standing in front of her after pacing back and forth.

“Uhm, Ivy—“

“Mr Levy? What are you doing here?” Ivyanne asked in full search. Zach opened his mouth, then closed it again. He did not know where to start all the things he had arranged neatly in his head.

Just revealing it just feels so hard.

“Can we talk?” ask the man who got the nod from Ivyanne.

“Is this about the wedding?”

“Ke my room first.” Zach walked in front of Ivyanne. He made his steps slowly and occasionally looked back, making sure the girl was really following him until he arrived in his room.

“Do not say that the transparent woman is inside.”

“He's my wife, Ivy. And he has a name. Her name is Ivana.”

“Fuck with it! I don't like you guys dragging me into your love life and sequels. I'm not a comfort woman!”

Zach gestured with his hand for Ivyanne to enter his room. The girl just looked at Zach with a doubtful look.

“I won't stain you.”

“I've been tainted, by the way. So I'm not afraid of that. I just don't like it when—“

“Come, Ivy. We'll just talk. I promise.”

Ivyanne looked at Zach questioningly, but in the end he obeyed and stepped foot into the man's room and immediately met the woman he already knew must be the mastermind of Ivyanne's unreasonable life in this place.

Ivana got up and approached Ivyanne who was standing in the corner of the room, putting some distance between herself and Ivana, especially Zach who was just sitting in her place.

“Ivy, this is only for a while until I find a way to go back.”

“Your body is buried, Ivana! How could you possibly go back? Are you crazy?!”

Ivyanne turned to Ivana lalau Zach, alternately. He then sighed quite loudly because he was annoyed with dealing with creatures like them.

“I don't know what bad luck is running my back, to have to deal with people like you.” He looked at Zach. “Can't you just let this woman go so she can die peacefully? You see, because you still think about it, it's like this!”

“It's not because of Zach, Ivy.” Ivana sighed then began to explain slowly for the girl to understand.

“I am a soul mate Zach.”

“If you are dead, then the soul mate is stopped. So the rules, Ivana.”

“Listen first! I think so too. However, when for some time I didn't leave either, I went to Ange and got a pretty shocking answer. Even today, I'm still Zach's soul mate. Dab I think this happened because the curse that was on him is not finished.”

Ivyanne rolled her eyeballs. Never believed in such a supernatural or superstition. However, meeting Zach who turns out to be a werewolf, makes him quite surprised and even in disbelief.

“Wait, Ivy!” Ivana gripped onto Ivyanne's wrist and stared into her hazel eyeballs. “If it has nothing to do with it, then tell me where did you get the great power that almost killed Zach? You even said that Zach should be dead.”

Ivyanne was stunned when she got such a question. He couldn't even kill an ant, but how could he have nearly wiped out Zach's life?

“You don't know, do you? That's because you were chosen to be the means for me to come back. Just you, Ivy. I've proven it.”

“How can you be sure? I don't even know what you mean about power. I don't have any power!”

“You have, but it no longer matters. Please marry Zach. I promise this is only for a while, Ivy. After that, I will definitely get my own body. That's how I heard.”

Ivyanne seems to think and almost agree with Ivana's request which is not reasonable but somehow there are things that encourage her to believe.

Just as Ivyanne was about to reply, the door of the room opened and a tense face turned to look at the three people who were there.

“Sh*t! You Ivana? This is impossible!”

"What are you doing here, Tatiana?" sergeant Zach, feeling dislike for the woman to come in without even knocking on the door.

"Zach .. don't believe in anything, not even this nanny girl. This woman ...." Tatiana pointed towards Ivana. "D-he's a demon who was hired by this magical girl, Zach! She's not your wife. Ivana's dead!"

The woman then approached Zach, who had been standing, folding both hands on his chest.

"Zach, baby .. You're here to pledge to marry me and make me your soul mate. You're not gonna cancel that, are you?"

Zach attributes his attentions to Ivana who does not give a rebuttal, then to Ivyanne—, which is on the neck and wrist of the girl has been marked from him, when he first fucked Ivyanne because of Ivana's influence.

If reasoned, Ivyanne now belongs to him, and that is indisputable.

"Tatiana, from now on I will cancel my pledge to marry you, in order to keep you safe. Because this curse on me won't go away and it might just make you the next victim." Zach turned to Ivyanne and Ivana again.

"I agreed to marry Ivy as you requested, dear. Now it depends on it" Zach told Ivana, turning around and locking his gaze on the girl who had already rounded his eyes to listen to a conversation he did not understand.

"Do you want to marry me, Ivy?"
