Learning to accept part 1

"Later to pick you up" said Arthur quickly who saw Kiara coming down from his car.

"No, I can go home by myself, Arthur."

"Go home with the Eagle? Do I need to speak to him with four eyes?"

Kiara doesn't know what to say. "Later to pick up not here, but in the usual place. I don't want Mega or my friends to think I'm going along with Om-om after breaking up with the Eagle."

"Say you're afraid that I'll have someone to like."

"That's what I was hoping for, so you could let me go."

"You need to try harder, Kiara." Arthur's hand poked out toward the girl who was looking at him with a sharp look. "Kiss my wife's hand if she's going to school."

Kiara did not want to argue any longer with the man in front of her. He immediately kissed the back of Arthur's hand and walked out of Arthur's car.

"Near!" A voice of someone from behind Kiara.

Arthur, who finds out that Mega is calling Kiara, gets out of the car. "Hi, Mega" he said as he hugged his sister.

"Sister? Why did Kiara get in your car and you drove her to school?" Look at Mega confused.

Likewise with Kiara who was also shocked to hear Mega's question, not that Arthur said if Mega told him to pick her up, but now why is Mega even confused to know Arthur came with Kiara?

"So I happened to have a morning meeting at the office. So, I left early and my house will pass through Kiara's house. I just offered him to come along."

"Oh yes, right too. Then from today you just pick up Kiara at her house and take her to school, sister. The bike is often damaged, and rather than taking public transport or bothering Mba Tami, better trouble Arthur." Mega chuckles.

Kiara now knows that Arthur lied to her. "I can go to school by myself Mega, besides my motorbike will soon be repaired." Kiara looked towards Arthur.

"Mega, then I'm leaving first because I have to go to the office immediately." Arthur hugged his sister once more and he looked at Kiara. "Kiara, study diligently in order to graduate immediately and get good grades." Arthur's hand slid on Kiara's head.

"Thank you, Arthur." Kiara glanced in annoyance at Arthur. He wanted her to get Arthur's hand off the top of his head.

Kiara and Mega went up to her class to attend today's lesson. When the lesson began, they all seemed to focus on doing practice questions for the exam.

"Kiara, you're okay, right?"

"I'm fine, Mega." Kiara sucked her orange ice. They were on break and in the school cafeteria.

"If it's okay, why is your face like that? Do you miss your mother? Or thinking about the problem with the Eagle?"

"Both, Mega, and I also have to think about the fate of the cake shop how will it be? Even about my life."

Kiara actually knows that Arthur will take care of his future, but for Kiara, as long as she is able to stand on her feet, she will not ask for anyone's help. What's more, Arthur, Kiara won't just take help from him.

Mega is also confused. She after graduating school went straight to college, but not with Kiara. Kiara is confused, what else she has left both her parents.

"I'd better avoid it or do the same to him because with it the Eagle will hate me and will even forget me."

Kiara walked away from there. The eagle who saw that quickly spurred on his legs and his stick chased after Kiara. "Kiara, wait!"

However, Kiara did not care about it, until finally the Eagle fell because it was too rushed.

"Elang, are you okay?" Mega helps the Eagle stand up from his place.

"Kiara why are you acting like that to me? I told you I'd fight for it even if my mama didn't approve of our relationship."

"Kiara doesn't want you to be a bad boy to both parents, Lang. Lang, you try to forget about Kiara because Kiara has made a unanimous decision." Mega's hand slapped the Eagle's shoulder.

"I can't just forget Kiara, Mega." The eagle got up and walked away from there with his cane.

Mega who saw it felt sorry for him. Mega remembers her mother Eagle once told Mega to keep the Eagle away from Kiara, but Mega could not do that because on one side Kiara was her best friend, but on the other hand his mother Eagle is a friend of his mother Mega.

Lessons re-start, and children refocus on the subjects given by their homeroom teacher.

Class guardians Kiara and Mega told me that the national exam will be held next Sunday. So, they must all study hard and still not forget to pray.

The bell came home. All the kids are out of their respective classes, and before Mega asks Kiara who to go home with, Kiara says she will go somewhere to buy something that will be needed at a prayer event for her mother.
