Lian took off Sofi's hand, staring at Rumi and Barra alternately. Slowly the man's face flushed red, with clenched hands, Lian stepped closer to Rumi. His movements were so lightning that the woman could not dodge. "Back home!" firmly Lian clasped tightly onto Rumi's wrist.
"Deliver!" sahut the empun hands are equally firm.
"I'm still your husband, Rumi!"
"Honey on paper? And, the husband I've been fighting over is divorced!" Rumi threw Lian's hand, she took her body back slightly away from the man she still respected a few months ago. This feeling of pain really made Rumi change, and if anyone judged her, then she would not care. Satan does not like to be betrayed, let alone a human, Rumi, a woman who feels able to stand on her own feet.
"Stop saying divorce, I'll never grant that, Rumi," whispered Lian slightly growling, her jaw hardening.
Instead of being scared, Rumi instead smiled mockingly. "I care?" ask Lian. "Of course not" he answered himself.
Lian's jaw was getting hardened, while Barra and Sofi were staring from their respective places. Both of them still give time for the husband and wife to talk, even though actually talking is useless.
"You have a relationship with that guy? You playing behind my back?" lian asked in an accusatory tone.
Rumi's forehead puckered, she digested Lian's question, man? Wh who?
"I'm going to say this to mom and dad, they have to know their daughter-in-law's behavior" whispered Lian reaching into her pants pocket, pulling out her phone and fiddling with it.
Rumi had not said anything, she just stared and digested. Not really understanding what Lian meant.
"Where's mom?" tanya Lian looked at Rumi flatly. "I just want to say, the behavior of Mama's favorite daughter-in-law. Already been away from home for three days and two nights, and this morning he's in a car with a foreign man."
Now that both of Rumi's eyes were round wide, I just understood the meaning of Lian's sentence about the other man in question, it was Barra.
"Hm, please go to the bakery of pride, the man is also here," said Lian disconnected.
Rumi was amazed, eager to get up and clap her hands as hard as she wanted. For anything! Rumi was ashamed, very very ashamed of herself who was really stupid to want to marry a man like in front of her. It was the craziest decision he made.
"You think I'm scared? I don't care about people's judgments, I know myself, and you, not because you impregnate the other woman behind me, then I do the same. A madman like you can't possibly be my role model."
It was not Lian who was surprised to hear Rumi's words, but Barra. The man was attacked by surprise instead of play, completely unexpected by what he heard.
...*****...
Rumi sat quietly at one of the empty desks of her bakery, the woman put both hands together, and the one nearby was just Barra. The man sat quietly without looking at Rumi, just giving awareness to the woman, that here there was Barra, she was not alone.
Perhaps, they had already spent fifteen minutes just to sit still, and Barra did not mind, even if it was one two or ten hours. She knew Rumi must be in shock, and she herself felt that feeling, her own shock.
Is Rumi betrayed? Overwhelmed? Oh my God, it's appropriate that the woman looks resolute in Lian's presence, definitely to hide the wound.
Not to mention that Rumi finished calming down, suddenly the door of the bakery opened, Barra found Lian who had been standing outside the store stepping in with one middle-aged woman, who had just been standing there, even with the distended woman earlier.
"Rumi." The middle-aged woman called out to Rumi.
The summoned turned his head, staring with a made gentle gaze. "Mama." Rumi stood up from sitting down, crucified her father-in-law's right hand, then, a short hug.
Rumi nodded honestly. "I want to split with Lian," he said no less honest than just a nod.
"parted?" Rumi's in-laws were surprised.
"Yes, I'm sorry, Ma. I'm ...." Breathe in. "I can't be with Lian anymore" he continued slightly lowered his head.
"Why, Honey? You want to promise Papa with Mama, right? We can't hurt you." Mama grabbed both hands of Rumi, grasping them tightly.
"I'm sure, I believe both papa and Mama, but ...," pause, Rumi gave a lip, wet the dry. And that was not out of Barra's eyes. For God's sake! Barra was eager to give a lesson to Lian, it felt so emotional knowing this fact.
"But?" asked Mama to look at Rumi hopefully worried.
"But I can't be the same Lian, Ma," whispered Rumi couldn't possibly say she was fed up, she was disgusted with her own husband.
"Why? Because there's Sofi in the house? If that's the case, Sofi will be out of your house."
Do not be surprised if the two eyes of Sofi rounded wide, glaring want to come out of the nest. Didn't his ears hear wrong? She was carrying the granddaughter-in-law, but, why was she treated like an unwanted daughter-in-law?!
"No, Ma. I just ..., I can't be the same Lian," said Rumi softly.
"The color you have is not it?!" Finally Lian opened her voice, staring at the innocent Barra.
"Shut your mouth, Lian!" Mom commemorates her son.
Rumi herself hardened her jaw, holding the curse on the tip of her tongue that was ready to spit on Lian's face. "If you cheat, it does not mean I will also cheat" said Rumi Sharp. "Don't equate me with you!"
"So he's ready, ma'am? You don't have to be a holy grail, if you're cheating, I'm not!" Sofi followed suit, even wearing a high tone that would attract the attention of Rumi employees, as well as shop customers.
Barra stood up from sitting down, he looked at Lian and Sofi alternately, before long just switching to look at Mama Lian. "I'm Barra Mahardika, ma'am," said Barra politely, thrusting a hand to shake with her mother. "I'm cat doctor Rumi's mom who's on an appointment at my clinic."
"lik! Just tell me you guys are in a relationship!" Sofi insisted.
Barra looked back at the woman. "On what basis do newly betrayed women, who know what it feels like to be betrayed, do the same?"
"Revenge!" Sofi won't lose.
"Deprisons are not reciprocated by returning to cheating, if I'm cheating Mbak Rumi, you must have been not here, could have been brought badarawuhi."
Everyone was surprised, be it mama, Lian, Sofi even Rumi herself.
"What do you mean?!" Lian is lured, the man approaches Barra who swiftly gets protection from mama and Rumi.
"Stop, Lian! Don't be ashamed in public!"
