I looked around the event building. I want to make sure again that no one forgets. The reunion will be on the title in a few minutes.
"That's all right, isn't it?" ask Leon who approached me.
"Udah all seems. May our show run smoothly and successfully." I hope.
Leon and I got ready. We as the committee are fully responsible for the event held today.me and other committee friends ensure the security, comfort and order of the event.
"Don't forget to tell the others.let them all stand by.and for the guards some stand guard in front and some patrol. lest the past happen again." Leon's message to all of us.
I rushed over to the committee in charge of securing security. Team Toni is on duty at the moment.
The lights of the room began to go out. The event means it will start soon. All alumni of the campus have sat in guest chairs that have been provided.
Every alumni who come to sit on the bench that you have given a number. There is a door prize waiting for them all. The door prize was awarded by Adit as the biggest donor of the event.
I see the bench is fully filled. That means all the alumni who are invited and fill the attendance list all come to the reunion today.
"If there are strange movements, tell us immediately. Do not hesitate, because this event is the responsibility of our event committee." Toni as the security committee gave direction to the security guard who served tonight.
The building is very spacious and there are several rooms also available there.
"All the ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the first Akbar reunion. For that we invite the beloved Dean to give a word of welcome as the opening of this reunion event."
The MCs immediately opened the event and the Dean we appointed went up on stage to give a speech. Our Dean is not just the Dean.
He is the father of the student. He was very wise as an academic leader. He was able to be a place to confide in students and college students. Despite the time our Dean always took the time to be a good listener and provide solutions for all of us.
I really like Mr. Muhrof. He even helped me out a lot when I was having trouble with my college exams and couldn't afford the semester money yet.
He is considered as our father. He is like a parent to all of you. This time, we invited him. We want to let go of our miss to him.
I have not seen him in a long time. I don't feel these tears falling on my cheeks. It felt like this longing was cured just by looking at it from afar and hearing his cool voice in the ears.
"Don't cry too much. Habit deh Lo tuh, Dit." Tasya patted my shoulder from the side.
Tasya and I have been standing next to each other ever since. Sherlin is making sure the decorations are safe.
When you are done giving a welcome word. We all cheered and applauded.
He is our role model. A wise man who is able to guide students for the better.
