“Have you executed my command?” ask a man to his men over the phone.

“Already, Sir. Now that she's lying in the hospital and in a coma, I'm running as per your orders.” The man smiled then disconnected the phone and stood in front of the window.

“This is the result if you don't comply with my wishes, Casey.” The man smiled smirk then looked at the watch on the wrist.

He left the office and went to a club, when the women greeted him like a king. The man looks very happy.

“Are we going to spend the night together?” a woman asked, caressing the man's cheek.

“Of course, you know what I want, don't you?” The woman chuckles and invites the man to the sofa.

“I will serve you until you are satisfied,” seduce the woman and then beckon a servant to bring them drinks.

While in the hospital, Casey still faithfully accompanied Isaiah who until now had not been aware. Now Isaiah is being treated at his father's hospital, while passing through a critical period both parents ask their son to be moved.

Isaiah was in a VVIP with two rooms, one for guards and one for patients. Currently, Isaiah can be visited by more than one person. Ellie and Wesley always take turns accompanying Casey in the hospital looking after Isaiah.

“Rest, your face looks pale,” Wesley said as he walked and stood by the gurney and looked at his sister-in-law's face.

“In the meantime,” said Casey by stroking the hand of the husband who is still in a coma.

Wesley pulled up the chair and sat down near Casey and looked at Isaiah, his face looking very sad to see the condition of the younger brother who had not yet regained consciousness.

“Either what purpose did they hit Isaiah,” Wesley muttered in annoyance.

“Maybe they want to separate me and Isaiah, but who? What's Zelo?” Casey tries to guess but he still hesitates as well because there is no evidence.

“Can only, she is not present at your wedding and Isaiah.” The only thing Wesley suspects is Zelo because he's the only guy who doesn't want Isaiah and Casey to be together.

“I'll investigate, expect the police too long.” Wesley said again, stroking Isaiah's hair.

“You must be careful, there could be others who want the death of Isaiah.” Casey reminds Wesley when he remembers the former director he fired who was none other than Dany's men.

Casey heard a story from Mr. Smith about what Dany did to her son and daughter-in-law, now Casey feels that Dany is a dangerous person but he has not wanted to tell Wesley about his suspicions to the man.

“Of course, I will ask my assistant to keep an eye on Zelo. Moreover, Zelo must know Isaiah is not dead, I'm afraid he will still target my sister.” Wesley's eyes darkened, if Zelo did, he'd be retaliating beyond what his sister had.

“It's late at night, you'd better take a break. Let me take care of Isaiah,” Wesley suggested by patting Casey's back gently.

“Good.” Casey got up and went to the guard room and lay down.

Elsewhere, Asher was driving his four-wheeled vehicle to a club. He parked the car and contacted someone. He invited the man on the other end of the phone to meet him.

Asher got out of the car and into the club, some beautiful women greeted him but Asher flicked his hands to keep the night workers away from him.

He came to the club not for fun, but Asher wanted to meet someone to investigate Isaiah's accident. He did not want Casey to accuse him of being the culprit of the accident.

While waiting for the man Asher to sit in the bartender and order a drink, his eyes kept an eye on every visitor who entered. As the drink was suggested in front of him, Asher sipped then gulped it down a little at a time.

“It's been waiting for me?” greet a man by patting slowly on Asher's back.

“Hey, Jhon. Coincidentally I also just arrived, oh yes you want to drink what?” ask Asher while gesturing for the bartender to approach.

“Just like you,” said Jhon while pulling a chair and sitting down, then Asher ordered a drink just like his to the bartender.

“I will order VIP, if talk in this place too crowded and noisy.” Asher spoke in a slightly loud voice to Jhon while calling the maid and asking to prepare a VIP room for him and Jhon.

Ten minutes of waiting now Asher and Jhon with their glasses holding both went up to the second floor to the VIP room. Asher sits on the sofa and asks the waiter to leave him and Jhon.

“What should I do?” jhon asked while putting the glass on the table and sitting on the sofa.

“I want you and your men to keep an eye on Dany, check out all the deals the bastard was doing.” Asher's face was so dark, until now his guess was strong to Dany.

“Good, I will do everything you command. But is he the only one you suspect?” asked Jhon narrowing his eyes.

“For the moment only Dany I suspect, because she herself advised me to kill Isaiah,” Asher said while pouring another drink in her glass.

“Thank you, don't worry about the payment.” John chuckled at Asher's words and shook his head.

“Do not think about the payment, just wait for my work.” Jhon and Asher toast and continue their conversation.

Three weeks later, Isaiah was still in a coma, and the family of Isaiah and Casey took turns caring for the man. Like this morning, Casey woke up quickly and checked the condition of the husband.

But he suddenly felt dizzy, Casey quickly lay on the sofa and closed his eyes to coincide with master and mistress Hynes entering. They were both surprised to see Casey's pale face.

“Casey, are you okay?” ask Mrs Hynes as she walks over to Casey.

“Yes, I just feel a little dizzy.” Casey opened her eyes and tried to smile at her two in-laws.

“You look pale, check with the doctor,” Isaiah's father's advice while fingering the son-in-law's forehead.

“I'm fine, Mr.” Mrs Hynes shook her head then took some water and gave it to Casey.

“Preferably check with the doctor,” anjur mistress Hynes while sitting on a single sofa facing Casey.

“Iya, I'll be going to the doctor.” briefly Casey did not want to argue with her two in-laws, she got up and sat on the sofa.

“I'll accompany you.” Mrs Hynes did not want to let Casey go to the doctor herself, she did not want anything to happen to the daughter-in-law, considering that the woman had been less rested to look after their son.

“Alright,” said Casey while rising up to stand up in follow mistress Hynes.

The woman suspiciously sees the pale face of her daughter-in-law, considering she's a doctor she must know what happened to Casey. Mrs Hynes invites the daughter-in-law to see an obstetrician.

Upon arriving in front of the obstetrician's room, Casey's face shriveled and looked at the mistress Hynes. She was confused as to why her mother-in-law took her to see a gynecologist.

“Just check it.” Mrs Hynes knows in Casey's confusion.

Finally Casey entered the room followed by Miss Hynes, because the hospital owned by her husband and obstetricians are very familiar with her, Miss Hynes did not register Casey first.

Seeing the lady Hynes the gynecologist smiled and immediately stood up to welcome the two women. He kindly told Casey and Lady Hynes to sit down.

“I want to check my daughter-in-law's content, maybe she is pregnant,” said Miss Hynes jokingly while sitting and glancing at Casey.

Casey's face stiffened, she remembered before she and Isaiah married they both always had a relationship without safety. Also had entered the two months he had not come to the moon. Unconsciously Casey smiled and held her stomach, she would feel happy to be pregnant with the child of her loved ones.

“Oh, then please lie down, I will check it.” Casey followed the doctor's orders, standing up and lying in the gurney.

The nurse applied the gel to Casey's stomach and the doctor took the transducer and moved it over Casey's stomach as she looked at the monitor. The doctor slightly pressed the device on the lower abdomen to confirm what he saw.

“Oh, it turns out you are pregnant,” tell the doctor while the eyes remain on the monitor screen and check the pregnancy period experienced by Casey.

Mistress Hynes's face sparkled to hear the daughter-in-law pregnant, she got up and stood beside the gurney while also looking at the growing fetus in Casey's womb.

Either happy or sad to see Casey pregnant with a fetus from her son who is still in a coma. Without feeling the crystal-clear water dripping from his eyes.

Likewise with Casey, when the feeling was sad he received news that of course made him very happy. She hopes that with the news of her pregnancy this will make her husband wake up from a coma.

Casey wants Isaiah to follow the development of the growing fetus in her womb. Feeling moved, Casey sobbed and quickly wiped away her tears.

“How about my gestational age?” casey asked as her eyes could not see the monitor screen.

“Um, it's been ten weeks.” Casey smiled and closed her eyes, she had guessed the age of her womb because all this time she and Isaiah played not using safety.

“This is very good news,” said Miss Hynes by holding Casey's hand, her face looks very happy now she will have a grandchild.

After her pregnancy was examined, the nurse cleaned the rest of the gel in Casey's stomach and helped the woman to get off Branka.

Casey and Hynes sit down and talk to the doctor.
