The Demon King was intent on wanting to rule the 3 human worlds, which was why he asked Lou Zo to rule the human world, The Demon King wanted to make the humans his slaves then resurrected the one he had wanted to raise to take revenge on the Heavenly world where the world of the Gods was.

Lou Zo stood up and made all his followers look at him.

"Tell the other generals to come home soon! We'll plunder the Middle-earth one year from now. Two months we'll be meeting again! Have all the Elders of the sect and organization gather in this hall," Lou Zo said firmly before he finally left the hall for his private room without waiting for a reply.

Everyone became noisy hearing Lou Zo's sudden remark, saying he wanted to plunder the Middle world this fast.
