A Girl's Longing

A Girl's Longing
Chapter 10

Upon arriving at first grade High School, Fawaid glared in disbelief as he saw the man he did not know was holding his cousin's sister who was closing her eyes, with her body limp and lying on the floor.

"Jeez, why is this, what's wrong?" He asked with a panicked look on his face while taking over Salun's head into his lap.

Seeing the panic of the look on Fawaid's face made Cemal's chest more painful, he did not know a certainty that Fawaid was a cousin of the girl of his tribe, he thought that the Fawaid was Salun's lover, Salun, the man relented and handed the girl to Fawaid.

"Sal, wake up Sal, what's wrong with you?" Fawaid patted Salun's cheeks slowly, but the girl did not respond at all to the man's words.

"Zahra, I want to take Salun to the hospital, yes, I tippedipin his things are the same loe, loe motorbike take home first yes" Fawaid lifted Salun's tiny body and brought her out of school, put him down slowly in his car.

Zahra, Dyah, Fia and the four girl's best friends followed Fawaid with a worried look on his face. "Sir, tell me yes kak how Salun's condition will be, and please share lock location of the hospital" said Zahra holding Fawaid's wrist who was about to open the car door, the man nodded and immediately drove his car towards the nearest hospital.

Silent, there was no more laughter and laughter from the three friends, they all silently stared at the departure of the car that took away Salun, the girl who was always cheerful and could bring the atmosphere, he said, but when this all just happens, they do not know what is with his best friend.

"Hopefully Salun is well" Zahra murmured softly, without her noticing her tears welling up her cheeks, her chest suddenly feeling tight, as if feeling the longing that Salun was experiencing at this moment, it came to her mind that she was going to contact Difa, but the girl undoes her intentions, she was afraid that she would do so without Salun's permission.

"Salun has what disease Ra?" Cemal voiced right behind the bodies of the three girls, they turned their heads and realized that Cemal had been standing behind them.

"We don't know what kind of sick Salun is, she never wants to tell us about her sadness, even though we've tried to make her tell a story but she never wants and never details in telling a story, she looks happier, but her heart is like a wound" explained Zahra, the girl looked up and blinked her eyes several times so that her tears did not return to wet her cheeks.

"Yes we have entered first yuk, after this we follow Salun to the hospital, how?" Dyah stroked slowly Zahra's back, he was sad to see Salun's condition, but he tried hard and did not cry like Zahra.

While Cemal, the man stepped in silence, heard the sound of laughter and jokes Abi with the others, he said, but the man had his mind still fixed on Salun and the man he had just found out his name was Fawaid.

"Who is Fawaid, why is he concerned at all Salun, Zahra and others are also mediocre Salun brought with him, whether they have a special relationship, or they are just brothers, Salun said, but if I look at Fawaid's gaze there seems to be love there, so I don't think they're brothers" Cemal's monologue in heart.

"Doctor, sister, please adek me" cried Fawaid while running to call the nurse to check on Salun, the girl still faithfully closed both eyes in the sling of her cousin.

"Astaghfirullah, why are you so pale, let's take it there" pointed a nurse at the girl's pale face.

Hearing what the sister said made Fawaid even more panicked, she ran to bring Salun into the room the sister had just shown her, "Dok, please get me" he said to a young doctor who on his chest read the name D.r. Mahesas.

Fawaid nodded and sat his body in the waiting chair not far from the room, "Decks you why, sorry brother because all this time brother is too busy to have time for your nemenin" he mumbled slowly while holding his own hand, trying to calm down and not think negatively, he hoped that everything would be fine.

"Square"

Nearly an hour Fawaid waited for Mahesa's doctor to come out of the room, stepped slowly to see the man, Fawaid immediately stood up from his seat to welcome his arrival and wanted to ask how his cousin's condition was.

"Dok, how's my sister doing, what's she sick?" Fawaid seemed impatient to know the disease suffered by Salun.

"He's okay, it's just like he just ate spicy food on an empty stomach" Mahesa's doctor said calmly.

"Oh so, doc, is he available?" The man wanted to see Salun immediately in person.

"Please, but then don't forget to take the prescription in my private room" stepped quickly into his room after getting a nod from his patient's brother.

"Sal, you're so stubborn anyway, why can't you have breakfast, usually can't you miss breakfast the most, is there something that makes you very busy lately?" Staring fixed pale face that still closed his eyes, he just muttered softly for fear of disturbing Salun's rest.

"Do I have to tell Difa brother yes, how would he be the eldest brother of Salun" Fawaid took the initiative to tell Difa, but now he paused because he knew Salun and Difa were not as close as the rest of the brothers.

"If Salun knew for sure he was angry because I told him to tell Difa, but I had to call who, or I called my mom, who knows with the arrival of mama here can treat the longing of Salun to aunt" continued the man again, Grabbing the phone in his pants pocket, looking for contact of the mother.

"Tut, Tut, Tut" the tone of the phone began to sound, patiently Fawaid waiting for the mother to pick up the phone because he knew his mother was busy cleaning her house.

"Halo ma, assalamualaikum, this is Fawaid" the man said his greetings to the mother, in fact she was in a dilemma, wanting her to tell him about Salun but she did not want her mother to be sad, because he had always thought Salun was like his own daughter.

"Waalaikum greetings, what's wrong, son, you're calling mama at this hour?" Ask the middle-aged woman.

"Em, anu ma, Salun went to the ma hospital" Fawaid said doubtfully, he was afraid that his mother would be sad and shocked to hear the news.
