Part 47's
After attending the inauguration of the international hospital owned by the family of Arbeto. Alana chooses to relax for a while before returning to the hotel, and certainly with Calvin. Since the event began he has been accompanied by Calvin, who is one of the investors in the hospital. Both are now in one of the cafes located in Kuta. Enjoy a cup of coffee and some food ordered for their lunch.
"Rachel Wijaya is pregnant?" Calvin asked in surprise after hearing what Alana said. "You know where it's coming from?"
"From the guy directly." Alana answered, which made Calvin even more confused.
"You know Rachel?"
Alana nodded her head. "Great to know, he's my husband's lover or the more appropriate word ex-lover."
"What?" Calvin was shocked a second time. "Are you kidding?"
Calvin couldn't believe what Alana had just said. The woman's husband, Sky Dwight, who is a successful businessman and from a noble family, has a special relationship with Rachel Wijaya. If it's a relationship like the one she's been living with Rachel, it might still make sense considering Rachel's a stash of rich people. But if the relationship is serious as a lover, it seems unlikely a successful businessman like Sky Dwight would want to be with Rachel Wijaya.
"Do I look like I'm joking?" Alana rolled her eyes lazily
"Hey, don't be upset like that. I was just confused and surprised. How could your husband have such a special relationship with Rachel Wijaya. Didn't she know she was peddling her body to all the rich men."
Alana replied by shrugging both of her shoulders indifferently. "That's not what we're talking about, but Rachel's pregnancy." He looked at Calvin sharply.
"Wait! Are you accusing me of impregnating her?" ask Calvin. Because it understood the meaning of Alana's sharp gaze which was like skinning her alive.
"Exactly."
Calvin laughed, shaking his head. "For the information, I haven't been in contact with Rachel in a long time. So, I can't possibly impregnate her." Calvin said with a laugh.
Unlike Alana who was immediately disappointed after hearing Calvin's answer. He was hoping that Calvin was the one who had impregnated Rachel, considering the man had told me about having fucked the woman. But now that hope is gone, and it means that most likely the child Rachel conceived does belong to Sky.
Alana was silent, lazy to answer the question that made her upset.
"How many months is Rachel?" Calvin asked, for Alana was silent and did not speak her words.
"Five Week street."
Deg.
Calvin clenched both his hands tightly.
"Oh yeah, you said Rachel peddled her body to all the rich men. What right?"
"Te-of course." Calvin answered with a stern answer. "It is an open secret among us businessmen. So I'm surprised to hear that your husband is in love with Rachel Wijaya."
Alana breathed her breath out harshly. Let alone Calvin, he himself did not understand why Sky did not know who Rachel really was. Is it because of being too loving and trusting, or because it doesn't care about the woman. And now that Rachel's been sleeping with a lot of men, Alana's getting dizzy. There's no way that Alana's not asking each of the men who fucked Rachel, just to find out who the man who was responsible for the woman's pregnancy was.
"Al, you don't be sad. Just leave your stupid, asshole husband. There is still me who is always faithful waiting for your love."
"Who do you mean stupid and jerk?
It was not Alana who asked, but the man who was now standing behind Calvin.
"Thanks...!" Alana said in surprise.
Yes, that man is Sky Dwight. Alana Ricardo's husband was looking at Calvin with a murderous look.
