A voice saved me.
"Whatever*at!" I looked towards the voice, I think the voice of a security patrol. I don't recognize his voice. In the dimness sounded quick steps approaching me then punches and fights.
"Miss Jen, I'm sorry I came late. What he did to you. I'm sorry." Donna came to my aid.
"Nothing." I knew he'd come back. But this action is necessary, it is better to pop the boil than to hold the pain for a long time. It must be blue and bruised, my face hurts too. But Donna had this for months, she experienced this maybe dozens of times, in order to survive for her sister.
While in front of us the soldier beat up the man mercilessly.
"How dare you hit a woman! Goddammit! She's nurse! Bastard!" That swearing to pay for the slaps and bumps he did to me many times over.
"Follow!" The soldier dragged, more precisely kicking in front of the man who had been bleeding from the former chastisement. "Miss you better take nurse Jen to the ER, it looks like she needs treatment."
"Yes fine."
"Miss, can you walk? Or did I just take a wheelchair, you just wait there?"
"What's wrong, I walk alone. My face red?" I haven't seen my situation, but I think the bump that hit me was blocked so it's not so bad.
"Slightly Miss, were you slapped and hacked? Is your stomach okay I saw him kick you?"
"Not what, what matters is that you're safe. The important thing is that you don't lose to him, here he can't touch you. You have to remember that."
"Yes Miss, I should have just shouted. I'm sorry I'm troubling you like this."
We arrived at the ER later.
"What happened to you!?" James almost screamed at my situation.
"So, nurse Jen helped me from someone who wanted to hit me. But that person has now been brought to safety. He was slapped, punched and kicked." Donna reported my situation to James.
"He hit your head. You feeling dizzy?"
"No." I just shook my head.
"Sighs? I checked your stomach area. Let's go to bed."
"No, I know my own situation."
"Not to argue with Jen. You don't get out of here until I make sure you're. To the check bed." Fine I have to obey.
He made sure it was not what I said.
"I'll make sure whoever did this will pay for it."
"Go get him out of town safe 'cause he's hitting women like cowards." That's my goal to endure this, get that guy kicked out and not be able to bother Donna anymore.
"Who brought the man."
"A security guard named Frank Doc I called him when he was passing by."
"All right, I'll take care of it. You go back to your room. Kim's gonna get you some pain medicine so you can at least get some rest tonight. Donna come with me to report." He gave the recipe to Kim.
"Yes." Yeah."
They were gone soon. I took food to eat in my room. Compressing wounds, cleaning themselves, taking medicine and preparing to rest. I was sleeping in this room, Susan was gone, the other roommate was on the night shift, so I was alone
Then someone knocked on my door. Could James report to the top straight away? To Andrew?
