🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁

We ran and gathered in the ER.

But it's not the patients we get. A major is waiting for us. Me, James and the others were all offended.

"You new boys, come with me to practice..." He collected half of us in the ER for training. I looked at her figure with the others. Especially the female nurse. He's the most handsome major I've ever seen. He wears a tight-gray t-shirt with military-grade pants showing his well-trained form.

One word she's hot!

We followed him to the parking lot which was the training ground. Some soldiers were there too. Looks like they're some kind of special forces. Because they're one team and they're definitely not infantry.

"Who are they? Elite troops?" Susan whispered to me.

"Maybe..." I whispered back to him.

"They're all handsome ..." I smiled in response to Susan.

And they are all strong bodies. Of course, all soldiers are strong, but the subordinate soldiers are usually thin and slender. They're special levels, I think Delta Force levels. This is a chance to wash your eyes to see a special level warrior. And it seems that the soldiers thought the nurses were their chance to wash their eyes.

"I'm Captain Andrew, we were assigned to train you by your superiors. I want to see the accuracy of your shots! It's a distance of 20 meters, if you can't hit it. You're 50% dead and within 10 meters you can't see that the odds are increased by 80%, you have to defend yourself, even if it's your job to save people..."

"Start from the men!" James and Noah take the gun to position themselves. They have not been training long should still be trained. But I think I'm gonna shoot down the back wall.

James and Noah did it without difficulty. And then some other guy. Some miss, and have to repeat their exercise. They remember their training well. But I ran it three years ago.

Susan and I and one other female friend stood straight, and tried to aim at our consciousness.

"Hold on ladies.." People came to us.: You seem to be shooting innocent people.

"Open your legs parallel to your shoulders!" He improved our position. "The gun is gripped and pointed at the target like someone would point their finger. When you point, you naturally make no effort to look at or point your finger. It will be slightly below eye level in peripheral vision, perhaps 2-4 inches below eye level. You haven't seen the gun or the front view, just the target. This is called Quick Kill, focus is always on the target, never have to adjust one's sight or focus even from a distance on a close object..."

I honestly don't understand what he's saying I just follow him how to point the gun. I finally understood what I was doing.

"Shoot..." The explosion of ammunition knocked my hand out. And my ears are deaf. But I magically got to it.

" If you are pushed over short distances, you should focus on a small spot, a stain or the eye of a pattern, not the attacker or the target in general. This intense focus will result in a sight-tunnel, which many do not recommend, but is mandatory for a short time when the shooter transitions from deciding to shoot to finishing firing. There are no rigid requirements for positioning your body, legs or arms, as the practical use of this technique requires the shooter to be able to shoot from any position, which is important your life is safe!" Understood!"

All I remember is focusing on a small spot will result in tunnel vision.

"You two come back to practice at the same hour tomorrow!" We suck of course.

"Yes Sir." Susan and I answered briefly.

The training turned out to be an assessment of who should be trained again. The average man can get through it well, women well below average.

I'll see him again tomorrow at lunch."

"Hey, don't forget you two have to practice again tonight." He greeted me and Susan first with his friend with a smile. Well, the smile is too sweet now.

"We know we suck..." I returned his smile.

"Better to suck here than you suck in front of infected." He was right about that.

"You didn't participate in the delivery of the infantry?"

"We Delta Force only jump if there is an operation with a special target." I thought they were no ordinary soldiers.

"Have families stuck in one city or become refugees?"

"Yes my girlfriend's still stuck in Dallas." He's nodding.

"I'm not my family everything is safe in El Paso. Thanks for asking." Susan smiled sweetly at Andrew.

"I don't either, my family's all safe... I'm DeAngelo." His friend put his hand. Oh yes we have not mentioned our names.

"I'm Susan..."

"I'm Jennifer..." That day no incident meant only a few people sprained from being cautious and had to be rested. We can still breathe a sigh of relief.

And the next exercise I managed to hit the head of my target for the first time at 20 meters.

"Good! You can protect yourself now!" Andrew's praise I received with a sigh of relief.

I hope I don't have to use a gun. But on the battlefield anything can happen.
